Newbies often agonizes over removing the navigation bar. Views differ from blogger to blogger. Some people prefer to delete that stuff and some doesn't. If you ask me, I shall never keep a "jam-packed-old-school-mind-numbing" kind of bar at my blog's head.
But if you ain't planning for a professional and earning blog and if a pro look doesn't matter to ya, then you should probably keep the navigation bar. In that case you should stop wasting time on this article and look for some other great articles to read.

The Navbar:
Though you all know what a navigation bar is, let me clarify it again.
It is a type of bar at the top of a blog that helps people to navigate between different blogs. Usually, it's included in all default blogger templates and few custom templates. Though, it's helpful sometimes, it adds a cloudy and ugly look to your blog, which may increase you bounce rate sending users away from your blog. So stop gawking at it and stick to the steps bellow in order to hide it.

The Procedure:
This is perhaps the easiest method on the net to remove the navbar which will require no coding craft.
1. Firstly, go to the Layout section of your preferred blog.
2. Now up there you'll see some blocks like header, Html/JavaScript etc. Find the block named Navbar. Click on the Edit option in the down-right corner.
3. After that, a popup window will open, where you'll notice various styles of navbar. Scroll down and tick the Off option at the end of that page. Now save it. The screen shot will do good.

That's it. Now go have a look at your fabulous blog. It should look more professional, more active & more engaging. After few days, you'll see a good change in your bounce rate, which implies that people are liking your blog.
