Ahoy everyone. Two more days and then Bang!! So this might be the last post of this year, so enjoy this post at its fullest. Today let's talk about an interesting windows trick. Sometimes, the windows logon screen (that prompts us to enter password) feels irritating if you are a sole owner of your computer. You may be in a great hurry to get some stuff out of your pc, but the screen delays your mission. Then you feel like breaking it down to the floor, burn it to the ground or sink it in Atlantic and somehow destroy it. Relax; I'm here to save your computer from getting broken, burnt, drowned and ultimately getting destroyed. Well, jokes apart, in simple words - I'm gonna tell you an easy way to bypass or disable the logon screen. So let us skip to the main content. But before that you may enjoy another awesome windows trick about —
Things You Need:
- A working computer (windows 7, 8, XP, or Vista).
- Nothing else.
So first of all, start your computer. Go to start menu. In case of Windows 7 or Vista, in the search box type: netplwiz and hit Enter. If you use Windows XP, type control userpasswords2 and press Enter. And for Windows 8, in Start menu click search and type the same (i.e. netplwiz), then click on it in the results. I've prepared a screenshot for Windows 7 users, have a look —
The completion of the previous step will pop up a new window (see the picture bellow). There select the preferred account you want the autologin. After that uncheck the box with the text "Users must enter a username and a password to use this computer". And finally press OK. You'll be prompted to enter the password — do that. And thats it! Shut your PC down, and open it again. You'll see the magic.
However, if you don't feel secured removing the logon screen, you may deactivate again. To get the screen back do the first step (i.e. open the Advance User Account Control Panel). Then check the box that you unchecked earlier and click OK. Congrats! You've managed to get it back.
Well this was the easiest process of skipping the logon process in Windows. There is another technique, but you have to install a software called TweakUI. After installing you can enable the autologin process easily. Give that a try.
Lastly, all I wanna say is thanks for reading and an advance Happy New Year! Enjoy the holydays and keep eating. To clear any doubts just knock me at Google+, Twitter or Facebook! Respect goats. #Peace.

I'll admit, I've been running Windows 7 for six months now: Windows 7 is quite simply faster, more stable, boots faster, goes to sleep faster Even the preproduction version of Windows 7 was better than my Vista with SP2
